Haha. Just kidding. Your best bet is to check out some of the Ebay sellers, and then arrange to pick the engine up in person. That way you can look at it yourself, do a compression test, negotiate price, and pay cash. They'll usually cut you a deal if you show up in person and pay cash. If that's not possible, look at the Ebay reviews. You'll see patterns pretty quickly about which sellers are rated high and which are not.
